how do i install this add on

Hello, pleaseeeee how can I install it? I have Win 7 x64 and it tells me that it is "unable to load WINSTL32.dll" and the second message is "Exception EExternal Exception in module winstl32.dll at FFE8E940. External Exception C000001D"
Can you please give me an advice pleeeease?

No offence, but it seems that you windows install is fucked up, or there is something wrong in the piping system of your machine, i'm usign Win7 x64 Ultimate too, installation went fine.

How can I install this ?
I keep geting this message during install:
Flight simulator X not found, aborted

for all downloaders I will be posting games, apps, video, music, and apps.
by the way,the flight simulator that im posting will work great. All of my apps will work.
Also I will test out the game that I posted on my
other pc to make sure everything works.
